The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Solicitor to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to our landlord clients, particularly in complex leasehold-related transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the firms legal offering and support the growth of our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act independently on a full range of residential landlord matters including:
- Lease extensions (statutory and voluntary)
- Collective enfranchisements
- Section 5 Notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act
- Voluntary freehold sales of houses
- Right to Manage claims
- Wayleave agreements
- Licences and deeds of variation
- Freehold purchases and sales on behalf of corporate landlords
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior team members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure efficient and compliant case handling
- Review, implement and improve internal systems and legal processes to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Work closely with the Head of Conveyancing, supporting on conveyancing matters when required and contributing to team-wide initiatives
- Play an active role in helping the firm grow its reputation and client base within the wider group and beyond

Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in residential leasehold work and landlord-focused matters
- Strong technical knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement, RTM, and associated transactional work
- Experience working with or on behalf of corporate landlord clients
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of files from instruction to completion
- Experience supervising, mentoring or managing junior legal staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
