Credit ControllerHertford£28,000 - £32,000Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are very happy to be recruiting for a Credit Controller for a highly successful and expanding company based in Hertford. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Understanding customers income and expenditure to help set up a payment plan
Understanding a customer’s financial situation through a full fact find
Meeting any individual and team KPI’s
Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
Work on the phones throughout the day providing exceptional customer service
Set up repayment plans, take collection payments, and offer alternatives
Dealing with customers before debt is transferred to 3rd party recovery
