You'll work to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, reducing unnecessary follow-ups and helping people access services with ease. 聽 Key Responsibilities: 路Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective front-line services 路Respond to enquiries across service areas including Benefits, Parking, Revenues, and Waste 路Use digital tools (CRM, case management, intranet, web) to support and resolve issues 路Encourage and assist with on line self-service options 路Process payments 路Log interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up or escalation 路Provide visitor support at reception 路Liaise with back-office teams on complex cases 路Support vulnerable residents and uphold safeguarding practices 路Help improve processes and reduce complaint rates through proactive service Key Skills & Experience: 路Previous customer service experience 路Excellent verbal and written communication skills 路Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems 路Friendly, helpful, and positive - even under pressure 路Experience working with sensitive information and challenging customers 路Professional presented and reliable 聽 Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
