Company/Role Information:
Our client is a highly respected boutique financial advisory firm with exceptional staff retention and a warm team culture. This boutique wealth planning practice has a close supportive team of 8, 3 of which our company has had the pleasure of placing. The team work closely with advisers to deliver bespoke financial solutions in key areas like:
- Investment Planning and Financial Management
- Pension Planning (pre and post-retirement)
- Trusts and Estate Planning
- Group Personal Pensions and Group Risk Benefits
The company has twice before hired a junior paraplanner, and a senior administrator who were looking for a business to help develop their skills
This business will provide opportunities such as full development into either a paraplanner or Trainee Adviser, as well as mentorship from the other paraplanners within the team, and support with the exams towards the Diploma
