Senior Client Manager - Accountancy Practice

We are working with a highly respected independent accountancy firm with around 70 staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to support one of the Partners with managing a substantial client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant portion of a diverse client portfolio
- Review the work of junior team members and staff from the general resource pool
- Prepare and review year-end accounts and corporation tax returns (note: no audit work involved)
- Provide proactive business advice and support to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

About You:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Currently working within an accountancy practice
- Experience in managing and developing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reside within a commutable distance of central Hertfordshire
