Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the product configuration across various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Handle engineering design changes and work with teams to implement solutions in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Lead audits of internal and supplier processes to ensure consistent application of configuration management principles.
- Support project managers in planning and delivering configuration activities while maintaining budget control.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product transitions throughout its lifecycle.
Requirments:
- Knowledge of Configuration Management principles, processes, and standards
- Expertise in applying CM across the entire product lifecycle
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality control of engineering data, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Solid understanding of commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and work packages.
- Proven ability to implement and manage design changes, working across multiple stakeholders and presenting at change control meetings.
- Experience with supplier audits, ensuring Configuration Management processes are adhered to across the supply chain.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
