A new oppurtunity has arisen for a service engineer to join a well established company in expanding their team.
Market: Optometric diagnostic and clinical instruments - Retail Optometry and Ophthalmology
Candidate experience: Previous experience with Windows Operating Systems is essential.
Previous experience of servicing and installing Ophthalmic Instruments including Optical Coherence Topographers is preferable although not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, and have an ability to think on their feet. Have good customer face to face interaction skills and the willingness to go that extra mile to provide the ultimate in customer satisfaction.
Role and responsibilities : Based from our offices in Stevenage you will be part of a service team responsible for in house repairs, taking customer call's, telephone trouble shooting, booking appointments, carrying out remote diagnostics, field servicing, delivering and installing equipment to customer sites throughout the UK.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
A fully expensed company car will be provided along with all the necessary tools and equipment required for servicing.
