Account Director - Printed POS
Location: Hybrid -Hertfordshire/London
Salary: From £55,000 package

 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Director to lead and develop key Health & Beauty client accounts, delivering high-impact POS marketing campaigns (temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent displays). This role requires a strong leader with excellent commercial acumen, capable of driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client service.

 

The Account Director will oversee a talented account management team, providing strategic direction, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and print production projects. You will work closely with internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of financial targets, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for client retention, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Lead and mentor the account team, ensuring they deliver high levels of service and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage projects from brief to completion, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee internal processes to align with client objectives and commercial agreements.
  • Chair quarterly and annual client reviews, driving continuous improvements.
  • Report on service delivery using KPI tracking and performance analysis.
  • Ensure clients are fully aware of the company’s capabilities and have access to key facilities and expertise.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • 10 years’ experience in account management, working directly with brands and retailers in POS/3D print production.
  • A strong leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of POS print production processes.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
