Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to carry out new and on-going projects within the West London areas.
The Role:
- Site Visits
- Ensure that the supply chain are engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions
- Cost Control
- Maintaining dead lines
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
Essential:
- Full UK Driving License
- HNC Qualification as a minimum
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Drivers License
- 2+ years experience within a similar role
Working Hours
- Monday Friday
- 42.5 Hours Per Week
- Lunch Break
