You'll be working for one of the largest contractors within the social housing sector in the United Kingdom, known for investing in their staff and providing long term career stability. This is an organisation where you'll feel valued and supported.
As Service Director, you will be:
- Organically building the northern regions to support the expansion and national presence of the leading contractor in order to fulfil the organisations growth plan
- Demonstrating leadership Commercially and Operationally working alongside the leadership team
- Coaching and leading the team of Service Engineers to understand their productivity and engagement, providing 1-1s and training where needed
- Providing expertise to lead the internal projects including the technology advancement plan
- Developing and implementing strategic relationships with current and target clients to support regional growth strategy
- Extensive networking nationally alongside office presence to support the team in the South East office
