Provide individual and group support to students, building rapport and trust to create personalized support plans, guiding them through challenges, and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Requirements

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA)
  • Experience providing mental health support to students or young adults
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust
  • Experience developing and implementing support plans
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible part-time hours


Qualification/Education

Bachelor's degree (advantageous)



Experience

Proven experience in providing mental health support to students or young adults.



Skills

Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
