Assessment Administrator – 12 month contract
Location: Hybrid with occasional office attendance at our office in York
Salary: £22,932 annual salary (full-time, 35 hours per week)

We’re looking for an Assessment Delivery Administrator to support a data quality project related to our Fellowship, Accreditation and Awards services, across our UK and international membership.
You’ll support the Assessment Delivery Lead to improve the overall quality of our data and improve the service we provide to our customers and members by responding to queries quickly and accurately.
Main Responsibilities
• Support the data quality project under the direct guidance and supervision of the Assessment Delivery Lead to improve the overall quality of data on the Advance HE systems.
• Work with customers to ensure the information held on the Case Management system is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service for fellowship, accreditation, and awards services, supporting with general queries/problems around accessing their data.
• Identify and filter queries relating to data records and historic claims for fellowship on the case management system
• Support the assessment process by producing and maintaining accurate data records, reports, notes and actions, for the services to run effectively.
• Keep accurate records in our systems (D365 CRM, (url removed)) and help process financial tasks like invoices.
• Make sure all services are delivered cost-effectively and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service skills (you’re confident handling queries and complaints).
• Experience in administration.
• Comfortable using databases/CRM systems and excellent computer skills using MS packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once and can support a time limited project in meeting key deadlines.
• A team player who focuses on finding solutions and supporting others.
• Creative and open to new ideas
