Optimise by Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing company within the new build home sector.

This customer-focused role involves guiding buyers through the home-buying journey, achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and match them to available properties

Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Handle enquiries, conduct viewings and follow up with potential buyers

Work towards and achieve set sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Conducting market research and competitor analysis

Maintaining the customer enquiry database

Recording customer details at reservation

Completing and distributing all required documentation


What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in sales (property, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A proactive and self-motivated approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
