You will be working as part of a Team of talented Chefs, of varying experience.
You will be working 4.5 to 5 days per week with rotational weekends off.

Duties:
- Reporting to the Head Chef. Working alongside him/her to continue to grow the Food part of the business - Leading a team of Chefs to deliver a successful service
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and food safety standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques
Experience:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen - Experience of leading a busy service successfully
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Creativity in Chef's Daily Specials planning and dish presentation
