Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service?
Our client is an established, family owned, food wholesale businesses that has proudly served its customers for over 30 years.
They are now looking to welcome a Sales Administrator to their close-knit team in Holmer Green. This is a permanent, office-based role offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours available.
The role:
- Handling inbound customer calls and taking orders
- Processing and printing customer orders
- Responding to customer and supplier emails
- Ordering stock and coordinating deliveries
- Providing and chasing customer quotations
- Taking card payments and recording transactions accurately
- Updating customer accounts and inputting payments
- Managing petty cash
- Promoting products and identifying buying signals
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or sales support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confident with numbers and handling financial transactions
- Experience using Sage software is advantageous, but not essential
- A team player who enjoys working in an office-based role
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
