Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operative!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in the food/drink manufacturing industry? We are looking for enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives to join our dynamic team in High Wycombe. If you have a passion for production and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!

If you have previous experience working within the food or drink manufacturing industry this would be extremely advantageous. This is a temp-perm role, so we are looking for someone who wants to build a career within a fantastic company offering opportunities to learn and grow within the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing finished products.
  • Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
  • Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.

What You'll Need:

  • Basic Maths and English skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
  • A valid right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern:

Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern: 38.75 hours per week.
- Week 1: 5.45am - 2pm
- Week 2: 1.45pm - 10pm

Temporary to permanent contract.
