- 2AA Rosette background
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Up to date with current food trends & styles.
- Adhere to food safety legislation

- Manage ordering and controlling of stock

JWR is excited to be working with a Luxury hotel located in Buckinghamshire, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead and evolve the hotel's culinary offering.
As Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea, creating modern, well balanced, vibrant dishes using the best local & seasonal produce available.
As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager and be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards.
