Local Marketing Manager - High Wycombe HQ

The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Local Marketing Manager to join the marketing team and help drive student growth across the network. Working closely with local teams, you'll support their entire business journer, from launch through to ongoing growth, by planning and delivering local marketing initiatives that are effective, efficient, and brand-aligned.

This role combines hands-on campaign support, training delivery, and performance analysis to ensure each local team is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored local marketing plans

  • Coach and support local business owners in executing marketing strategies

  • Lead launch marketing campaigns

  • Design and deliver online and in-person training sessions and Guide local social media activity

  • Manage local marketing budgets

  • Plan and manage paid social (Meta) advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaigns

  • Work with the creative team to deliver marketing assets for local campaigns.

  • Ensure digital listings and local web pages are up-to-date and accurate.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in a broad marketing role (both digital and offline channels).

  • Proven success in creating and executing local marketing manager plans.

  • Experience working with franchisees, licensees, or independent business owners.

  • Strong communicator with a coaching mindset and excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
