We are looking for an innovative Commercial Sales Director to join our growing client in High Wycombe to bring new ideas and strategy to the business.

This role would suit an experienced a Sales Director looking for a new challenge with a background leading a Sales and Commercial team in an Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Science or similar environment previously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Director will be part of the Senior Leadership team whilst leading and managing Sales Managers in a hands on role developing relationships with existing and new customers in the UK and globally.
  • An ability to develop, plan and implement new commercial plans and strategies and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to encourage company success
  • Actively contribute to the product development strategy through market trends and changes to ensure company success strategies are put in place for the future.

Key Attributes:

  • Willingness to travel globally when required to visit customers and build on relationships
  • Ideally experience selling equipment or products in a Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Science, Manufacturing or Engineering company previously
  • Strong Commercial and Sales strategy experience
  • Any knowledge or familiarity selling to Distributors would be extremely beneficial
