SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our client is a trusted leader in the damp proofing industry, offering comprehensive solutions to protect homes and businesses. With a strong reputation across the South East, the are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in High Wycombe.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of their business. You will manage inbound customer inquiries, promote and sell our professional damp survey services, and conduct outbound sales to generate new leads. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales:
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone and email, understanding their needs and promoting our damp survey services.
- Convert inquiries into sales by clearly explaining the benefits of our services.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Outbound Sales and Lead Generation:
- Proactively contact potential customers to generate leads and book surveys.
- Follow up on previous inquiries to encourage bookings and maintain customer engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- Provide feedback from customers to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Assist in creating content and materials for sales and marketing purposes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in construction, property services, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is desirable.
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation is a plus.
