About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Care Home Administrator to join our residential care home team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth running of the home and compliance with CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage all administrative tasks, including resident records and staff files

Handle reception duties, telephone calls, and visitor enquiries

Support with payroll, rota management, and invoicing

Liaise with families, external professionals, and care teams

Ensure compliance with data protection and health & safety standards

Previous experience working in a care home setting - essential

Strong IT and organisational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
