Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our local well-established, nationwide client. You will be highly motivated with a proactive approach to your work whilst providing excellent customer service.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor are:
路 Handle incoming phone calls and emails from an established customer base.
路 Process quotes for tenders and then converting quotes to orders.
路 Interpret customer needs and process orders on the computer in a fast-paced environment until invoiced.
路 Maintain a high level of customer service at all times whilst understanding the motivations and needs of the customer.
路 General admin duties.
The key requirements of the Customer Service Advisor include:

路 Process driven and able to work with clearly defined procedures.
路 IT literate including Microsoft Office.
