Melbreck Technical are working with this world renowned designer and man manufacturer of specialist equipment that is used across the globe in a multitude of safety critical industries.

Due to planned growth within their Sales Team, they are now looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their business on a permanent basis ASAP!

They are a passionate, dynamic and innovative team, which empowers their colleagues to make a difference and by joining them you’ll have the chance to develop yourself and explore different opportunities.

Customer Services Representative - Role Overview:

Provide Premium customer service support to all customers and distributors

Handling customer queries via phone, email, or live chat (salesforce)

Respond to inbound sales orders and processing orders

Manage and follow up on customer leads

Manage Key accounts

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently

Customer Services Representative - Candidate Requirements:

Experience of customer relations and team work

An individual with customer service experience in similar environment

Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.

Experience with Salesforce would be desirable

Customer Services Representative - Benefits:
