Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm (flexible working options available)

As part of our energetic workshop, you’ll work closely with senior engineers to assemble, wire, and test high-quality control panels for a variety of industrial applications. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Technician:Assemble and wire control panels to specification using electrical schematics and engineering drawings
Install and connect PLCs, relays, switches, power supplies, and other components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Perform basic testing and occasional on-site work for system modifications
Proficient with hand and power tools
Confident in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Comfortable with drilling, tapping, and component installation in enclosures
A strong team player with excellent attention to detail
Experience with BMS Control Panels is a bonus
