Electro-Mechanical Assembler 
Start: January 2026

ReeVR are looking for multiple skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler's to join our clients production team in High Wycombe.

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience. 

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times and an early finish on Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will use hand tools (cutters, crimp tools, screwdrivers) and soldering irons to assemble components following work instructions, drawings, and verbal guidance.

  • The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will communicate progress, issues, and quality concerns with the Cell Supervisor.

  • Follow 5S, health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace.

  • Participate in training for additional equipment as required.

  • Perform other related tasks as needed, supporting the production team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler.

Requirements:

  • Able to accurately read, write, speak, and interpret English.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and soldering irons—essential for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler role.

Desirable:

  • Competent with measurement tools (volt meters, continuity testers, force gauges, micrometers, verniers, oscilloscopes).

  • Familiarity with computers for data entry and reading documents (Word, Excel, or equivalent).
