- Design and develop PCBs and electrical circuits for new and existing products
- Select components and ensure compliance with EMC and LVD regulations
- Conduct long-term product testing, fault finding, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and software developers
- Write test specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintain detailed design documentation
- Support suppliers and manufacturers to ensure correct build standards
- Provide in-house technical support and training to internal teams
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong focus on product development
- Proven experience in designing PCB boards and working on end-to-end engineering projects
- Practical understanding of EMC and LVD standards
- Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with lighting control systems is a plus
