We’re seeking a talented engineer to join our team in High Wycombe, where you’ll be part of a forward-thinking business developing innovative, high-performance products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where your ideas and technical skills will directly shape cutting-edge solutions.Your Role:
  • Designing and developing PCBs and electronic circuits for new and existing products
  • Selecting components and ensuring designs comply with EMC and LVD regulations
  • Carrying out product testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations
  • Producing test specifications, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, software developers, and product managers
  • Supporting manufacturers to maintain the highest product standards
  • Sharing technical knowledge and providing internal support across teams
About You:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in electronics design and development
  • Strong PCB design expertise – schematics, layout, and testing
  • Good knowledge of EMC/LVD standards
  • Proficient in PCB design software (Altium, KiCad or similar)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with lighting control systems (advantageous, not essential)
