- Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary finance team while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, SOX controls, and internal financial policies across accounting, payroll, costing, and treasury functions.
- Preparing and submitting accurate financial reports, including monthly accounts, forecasts, variance analyses, and statutory returns, while maintaining system integrity and meeting strict deadlines.
- Promoting financial awareness and providing management accounting insights to support decision-making, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across all departments.
- Monitoring and improving daily KPIs, cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital while supporting inventory and asset control, and ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Coaching and developing team members, streamlining financial systems, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating on strategic initiatives including capital investments and financial planning.
- Holder of a relevant finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with post qualification experience.
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations relating to finance, VAT, wages and salaries.
- Previous experience managing a finance team.
