Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the curriculum
Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs
Assist with phonics, numeracy, literacy, and creative activities
Promote a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence
Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support each child’s progress
Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and professional development opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
Have experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a child-centred approach
Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
