Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Have experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a child-centred approach
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
