Partnerships Co-ordinator Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (flexible/PT hours will be considered) GBP29,000 - GBP32,000 basic + GBP2,000 - GBP5,000 commission paid twice a year Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for a Partnership Co-ordinator to work for a UK based, corporate travel management company.聽 This is a remote role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales Force and lead generation. The key responsibilities of the Partnership Co-ordinator are: 路 Managing out of office replies from marketing emails. 路 Removal of old contacts and adding new or alternative contacts. 路 Monitor left company responses and research new employment. 路 Create send lists (sector - specific/department etc.) 路 Set up campaigns with the system for tracking. 路 Create bespoke Automations for campaigns. 路 Update prospect client information as needed. 路 Follow-ups to DM campaigns. 路 Build LinkedIn connections. 路 Manage Lead generations including tracking emails, initial calls for interest and follow up as required. 路 Track Sales Force tasks for future review clients. 路 Initial follow up to check the travel review status of prospect. 路 Run solo cold campaigns. 路 Handle initial email/call/LinkedIn connections to establish interest. The key requirements of the Partnership Co-ordinator are: 路 Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 路 Flexible can do attitude to attaining internal and external client satisfaction. 路 Excellent time management skills. 路 Impeccable attention to detail. 路 Excellent customer service skills. 路 Experience in using Sales Force and lead generations.
