We are working with an established design and manufacturing company in High Wycombe, to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is based in the office.

The Role:

Working within a small, focused team, you'll be involved with ensuring that the order process is completed efficiently. This will include:

  • Sales order processing from initial enquiry through to invoicing.
  • Control of dispatch and production of relevant shipping documentation
  • Completing export / import documentation, licence applications and records for HMRC
  • Transport arrangements for the shipping of orders and updating customers on order delivery.
  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate department
  • Producing sales and monthly data reports.

Requirements:

To succeed in the role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail
  • Ideally, knowledge of import/export control regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use your intiative
  • A good level of proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
  • Be a Team player

You'll be given on the job training to succeed in the role and along with a highly competitive salary, benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme, and a 37hr week finishing at 1.00pm on Fridays.
