Responsibilities of the Year 2 Teacher:

- Planning and delivering the Year 2 curriculum, ensuring it is tailored to the needs of each individual student, while challenging them to achieve their best.
- Developing foundational skills in literacy and numeracy through well-structured, differentiated lessons that cater to the varied learning needs of the Year 2 class.
- Encouraging personal growth, social development, and a love of learning through innovative and engaging teaching methods.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and working closely with parents to discuss academic development and achievement.
- Fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a nurturing community within the school.
