Are you an experienced sales professional with an engineering background looking to progress your career in a well-established industry leading business with high-tech facilities?
This family run company which was established 50 years ago specialises in precision engineering and press tooling. Operating from a modern 15,000 sq. ft facility, they supply high-quality components to industries including automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, electronics, construction, and motorsport.
On offer is an exciting opportunity to become a vital asset to the growth of the business. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing quotations and driving continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service.
This role would suit a sales professional with an engineering background, looking to join a company who consistently invest in their equipment, facilities and staff.
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the first point of contact
- Prepare accurate technical quotations and manage the full sales pipeline
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and follow-ups
- Liaise with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
The Person:
- Technical Sales experience
- CRM system knowledge
- Familiar with toolmaking & machining
