We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in High Wycombe for an experienced part-time HR Manager.

This proactive role involves leading all aspects of HR, including strategy, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace.

  • 20 hours per week, with shifts within main business hours (7am to 7pm Monday – Friday).
  • £60,00 pro rata.
  • Office based.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Recruitment: Support hiring, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Handle concerns, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Training & Development: Identify needs and deliver employee training and growth programs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage pay structures, benefits, and salary reviews.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage HR systems.
  • Engagement & Retention: Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular HR reports and insights to senior leadership.
