CRM Implementation consultant (permanent at a large end user)
Fully Remote, some travel to offices for project work.
This Global player in the care home sector are looking to build a CRM system and a customer portal to deal with all the interactions the customer has as they choose the product, the location and the services they want. They then become a regular customer and use the portal or app to purchase services, interact with the company and book appointments etc.
This job would suit an experienced CRM Implementation consultant who has experience of mapping the clients' purchasing journey and understanding what the key stages are in terms of:
Initial interest
Viewing properties
Choosing services
Booking different activities / events / services
They need an experienced CRM consultant who is strong on the business analysis and functional side, who can talk to clients about the "customer journey" and understands what the critical aspects functionality need to look like.
Ideal someone with experience of Goldvision, Maximiser, workbooks, ProspexctSoft CRM, goldmine, Aplicor CRM, stayinFront, Sugar CRM; OpenCRM, SuperOffice, Creatio, or experience of another Student and residential property management solution
The company are using the Yardi RentCafe module to manage the entire sales process and also the then continue interacting with the customers through RentCafe as they buy products and services. They are offering full training in the Yardi RentCafe solution, which is mainly used in the investment property sector.
The journey through the sales process needs to be fully mapped in Rentcafe and then configured to show the potential customers what they will be getting, in terms of multiple Operators/locations, timelines, budgets, data/workflow integrity.
