Process orders and update CRM systems.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Coordinate shipping, RMA, and warranty requests.
Support after-sales customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations and assist in sales administration.

Key Skills
Two or Three years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, CRM and ERP experience is a plus.
Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
