Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Success Planner for our local client. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organisational skills. It is preferred if you have experience working with CRM systems and job scheduling.
Monday - Friday
9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
GBP26000 - GBP26500 basic + up to 10% target bonus, commission and incentives.

The duties of the Customer Success Planner are:
路 Collecting and analysing customer data
路 Managing relationships using CRM systems and ensuring the CRM information is up to date
路 Developing new ways to meet customers needs
路 Handling customer complaints
路 Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain current customers
路 Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
路 Exploring new features and streamlining processes through CRM system
路 Process automation
路 Creating job worksheets
路 Creating mailshot templates to send out to customers with news or product offers
路 Ensuring tablets and other hardware are up to date and ready for use on site
路 Daily communication with engineers, customers, and warehouse
路 Training and adding new engineers onto the system
路 Helping to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles
路 Answering incoming calls and emails to Operations from customers
路 Allocating and route planning engineers work to CRM system ensuring best fuel and time efficiency
路 Producing kit and equipment required reports for all service runs scheduled for the warehouse
路 Maintaining alerts and contact details for all sites on our CRM to ensure automated booking/site access
路 Following up with issues on sites as part of customer service and success
路 Accepting, updating, allocating, closing jobs on customer portals
路 Completing work submission spreadsheets for invoicing purposes
路 Ensuring work permits are in place
路 Updating yearly permits, RAMS, process guides

The requirements preferred but not essential of the Customer Success Planner are:
路 2 years experience in a similar role
路 Excellent customer service skills
路 Job Scheduling
路 CRM system experience (BigChange/JobWatch preferred)
