About the RoleA global technology-driven organisation is seeking a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst to support and optimise its Field Service Management (FSM) systems. Based at the company's Head office, you will play a key role in simplifying and enhancing global Service business processes.This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Business System Analyst BSA to join a collaborative environment where you'll lead on process mapping, system configuration, and data analysis-driving real-world impact across a global operation.

Key Responsibilities for the Business System Analyst / Business Analyst

  • Analyse and document existing service business processes
  • Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Create business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials
  • Support the implementation and rollout of FSM systems globally
  • Develop dashboards and forecasts using tools like Power BI
  • Write SQL reports as required
  • Maintain data integrity and system hygiene
  • Deliver training sessions to service system users
  • Provide day-to-day user support
  • Lead small projects or contribute to larger transformation initiatives

Key Skills & Experience required for the Business System Analyst / Business Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in an analytical or business systems role, ideally in a service-based business
  • Strong understanding of Field Service Management systems and service workflows
  • SQL reporting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Understanding of project management and software development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
