Contract Type: Temp Working Pattern: Full Time (9 AM - 5 PM)

What You'll Do:

As a Document Controller you will play a vital role in streamlining the document management process for our major projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Pulling together information from various sources within the contracts and design teams.
  • Creating high-quality PDF documents, including:

- Technical submittals- Quality plans- Maintenance manuals

  • Ensuring all documents adhere to client standards and procedures.
  • utilising online document sharing portals such as Aconex, 4-Projects, and A-site for document submissions.
  • Assisting the office manager with general secretarial duties, adding value to the entire team.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment.
  • A keen eye for detail to tidy up and prepare documents for submission.
  • Familiarity with PDF creation and document management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
