You’ll be joining a firm that champions a modern, values-driven approach to legal services. With a strong commercial presence and an excellent working culture, this is a great opportunity for an individual who’s confident in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and who wants to work alongside some of the best in the business.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
  • Confident managing your own caseload and building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong technical legal skills paired with commercial awareness
  • Able to contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for employment law

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Advising clients on a range of employment law issues—both advisory and litigation-focused
  • Managing a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, contracts, redundancy, and restructuring matters
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and post-acquisition advice
  • Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior colleagues
