Warehouse Supervisor - High Wycombe

Hours & Pay
- Rotating Shifts - 09:00am - 18:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
- 30,000 annual salary
IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a warehouse site in High Wycombe.
Candidates with previous Site Supervisor experience on warehouse sites (preferred). Experience working or knowledge with cables/constructions is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
* Oversee flooring works and manage subcontractors on site
* Monitor progress and maintain site standards
* Coordinate onsite teams and contractors
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Report any issues or delays to management
* Carry out daily task briefings and toolbox talks
* Manage materials, deliveries, permits, and site documentation
Requirements:
* Proven Site Supervisor experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads while maintaining safety and site standards
