Kolt are looking for an experienced VDA to join a well-established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team with a strong reputation for quality repairs and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems
- Producing detailed and precise repair costings and estimates
- Liaising with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure repairs run smoothly
- Monitoring repair progress to ensure quality and efficiency
- Supporting the workshop team with technical knowledge and guidance
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator within an accident repair environment
- Strong understanding of bodyshop processes and repair methods
- ATA or equivalent VDA qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Audatex or similar estimating software
Benefits:
- Salary between 45,000 - 55,000
