What will you be doing?
Part-time Hours: 9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, 25 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
This role plays a key part in their continued commercial growth, focusing on winning orders and expanding their market share. You will work closely with M&E contractors and merchants to build strong client relationships and drive in sales through proactive telephone engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with M&E contractors to secure project sales.
Conduct outbound calls to pursue new opportunities, follow up on appointed projects and negotiate pricing to secure orders.
Maintain accurate CRM records; updating key project + account activity.
Revise, build and send quotations on appointed projects.
Collaborate closely with the M4 regional team and assist other regions when required.
Meet daily performance goals and contribute to a high-performing, values-led culture within Commercial Sales and Operations.
Essential:

Proficient in using CRM systems
Benefits Package
Hourly rate: 13 per hour = 16,900 - 25 hours.
Monthly sliding scale commission = Pro-rata 3000. 100% of team target = 1,875 - 25 hours.
Yearly sliding scale bonus = Pro-rata 3000. 100% of team target = 1,875 - 25 hours.
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)
