They have recently encountered a period of major growth and due to this expansion are looking to bring on a new Engineering Manager to oversee site operations.In this role you will be the go-to Engineering specialist within the company as you oversee all day-to-day depot operations. This includes scheduling, planning and delegating workload to ensure a high level of service delivery as you manage the engineering team of 15 and liaise closely with other departments, playing a key role in the tight-knit senior leadership team.This dynamic role would suit an Engineering Manager looking for a fully autonomous leadership role within a Bus company offering flexible working, a bonus to increase your earnings and ongoing progression,The Role:
- Oversee all Engineering operations on site
- Manage engineering team of 15
- Check vehicle availability, plan schedule and delegate
