Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week- Flexible hours of choice of start and finish times

5 days in office

Salary: £26k - 28k dependant on experience + company benefits

Job Purpose:

Are you looking to kickstart your career in account management? We have recently partnered with an amazing business who are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be supporting experienced Account Managers, gaining valuable industry experience and learning the ropes of effective client management. You'll play a vital role in coordinating between our clients and production teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience or a recent graduate eager to develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Account Managers, including data entry, updating client files, and assisting with project tracking.
  • Assisting with the processing of client orders and managing customer requests.
  • Maintaining and updating website content to ensure clients have accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Understanding job specifications and distribution instructions to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Learning to raise accurate estimates on the MIS system, capturing all project costs.
  • Creating and managing job bags, ensuring instructions are clear and accurate for production teams.
  • Supporting logistics by liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Helping manage timelines and deadlines to keep projects on track.
  • Assisting with issue resolution, troubleshooting problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Preparing jobs for accurate billing, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
  • Documenting customer interactions and important discussions for internal teams.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, covering workload during peak periods or team absences.
