Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring pupils to reach their full potential across the primary curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a designated class across the primary phase, planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
- Track and assess pupil progress using a variety of formative and summative strategies
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary setting
- A secure understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to pupil achievement, development, and wellbeing
- Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
