Experience in Estate Agency administration is a bonus—but not a must. We offer full training tailored to today’s fast-moving property market, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their skills and grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding. Tasks include:

  • Managing email and phone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Registering client information on our system
  • Uploading property listings to our website and online portals
  • Preparing and distributing tenancy agreements
  • Conducting tenant referencing checks
  • Keeping our office window display up to date
  • Supporting with general admin duties that keep the office running smoothly
