We are looking for an Internal Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. This role involves supporting the team with administrative tasks, managing communications, and ensuring all documentation and deliveries are up to date. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, a clear communicator, and experienced in handling a variety of administrative duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle emails, calls, and mail efficiently.
  • Track supplier deliveries and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain files, ensuring they are tidy and up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Draft and share internal updates to keep everyone informed.
  • Maintain contact lists and manage office communications.
