Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:
- Support the Compliance Team in managing incoming queries in a confidential, sensitive, and professional manner, in line with the University's procedures and sector requirements.
- Support the maintenance of office and administrative procedures to meet the needs of the team.
- Assist in collecting, coordinating, and maintaining information resources relevant to the work of the Compliance Team, including onward referral information, and producing documentation.
- Support accurate recording of all complaints and disciplinary cases received, and updates on progress, via the complaints and disciplinary register.
- Support with cases related to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA), signposting communications to Resolution Leads and the Compliance Manager as appropriate and carrying out related tasks as assigned.
- Support the fulfilment of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, including coordination and documentation.
- Assist with FOI-related tasks.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Compliance Manager or Dean of Students.
