We are seeking an Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Infrastructure team on a Major Viaduct refurbishment in their High Wycombe office on a permanent basis.

Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.
  • Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
  • Meeting and collaborating with, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • You will have experience with NEC forms of contract
  • Experience within Civil Engineering/Highways would be advantageous
  • You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • You will have a relevant degree in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
